Some say the world will end in Fire,
Some say in Ice.
From what I’ve tasted of desire
I hold with those who favor Fire.
But if it had to perish twice,
I think I know enough of hate
To say that for destruction Ice
Is also great
And would suffice.

Wedding dress, so she's been placed under town clothes :) I have yet to find ANY female sylvari wedding dress pics on gw2style... Kind of surprised, although of course, people don't like outfits, since you're supposed to mix and match and all that... One of the best outfits out there though, and this gal was made to match it. She's permanently stuck on level 53, so there won't be many new screenies (I can't run around too much and get her a level accidentally). Hope you enjoy it as much as I do!

I love how this dress looks on female sylvari! The colours were chosen to go with the Phoenix bow. Feel free to comment on anything ^^

WOW! I adore her! It's so simple but like nothing i have seen before. Mostly I like darker colours but this sylvari was born to match this style. GOLD.

I think it's a very cute and beautiful dye scheme and I love how your hairstyle and skin tone fits with the colours you used. It's very elegant and nice.
But sadly I have to be fair on this one. First of all I would really love to see more screens, especially some more action shots and fitting and nice locations. You can btw use the camera- option- sliders in the option menue to create some more diverse looking screens so you don't necessarily have to cut your screens so that we are able to see your character better ^^
Also it's still an outfit and though it's a very beautiful outfit and looks really pretty on her I can't give you gold for this one since I am a person that supports more creative ways of creating a look for a character but I think you are aware of this little issue and I hope that you can understand my little disagreement here :/
Other than that it's pretty but maybe you could again look at the different armour pieces and give it a shot? Maybe you will be able to find something fitting and beautiful for her :)

Thanks for your comment and vote Ana, it's appreciated!
Maybe I should have clarified my choices more in the description, but I can do so now. This gal used to be a VERY ugly, male sylvari. She exists only as a bag opening character to maximise profits. I can't take her places, nor can I let her fight things, because I can't let her gain experience, or she'll level and be less useful.
I have previously made another sylvari with the same style, but different colouring and weapons. In the past few months I've been redesigning characters for a friend, on his account, and this was the one character he would not allow me to touch, since it wouldn't ever be played properly. When the weddingdress came on sale I convinced him to let me get it and redo her to match it, without spending too much gold. The weddingdress was chosen first, then came the phoenix bow (he loves it) and only after I got the colours on the dress right did I change her skintone, glow, face and hair. It was hard to get it right, but I'm very pleased by the result (as is he :D).
That said, I don't think I will be taking more screenies of her, nor will I give her armor. She was made to fit the outfit and I think she's beautiful as she is. I understand that most people here don't care for outfits, and neither do I, but I think this is the single most beautiful set of clothing available to female sylvari, and it's the only outfit I would ever consider making a character's permanent attire. Considering the limited amount of discovered land I had on her, I'm very happy about how the screenies turned out. Trust me, the sliders were used, but most backgrounds detract from her simple beauty, so I chose the screenies that had barely any background at all.
If you want to see more and very different sylvari looks, keep an eye on my profile :) I've got a small army of characters waiting for me to take screens of them, I just have to find the time!
