I have been wanting to create a look with the top hat for a long time but since all my char's are Asura and they lack armor that looks like something of a suit it was very hard for me. I finally decided to make a human and am pretty pleased with the result.
PS: I realise some won't like the CoE gloves, I rp as a bard/advisor from time to time and like to think it matches the theme, but I included an alternative in the pictures below.
PPS: Also added a picture of my Asura, on which this look is based. Kinda.

 operetta Fashion Guru | I am a huge fan of snazzy fancy hats and wear them often, Great job! I do like your alternate gloves better but I think what you really need are gloves that actually cover your hands, since at the height of the top hat craze gloves were also very popular for the aristocratic gentleman, which you so very much are.
