Non-Traditional Mesmer

I am relatively new to the game (a month or two), but I believe I'm the kind of individual who cares more about the look of something, rather than the power it holds. Thus, instead of spending my time strengthening my charater with sigils and whatnot, I began to work on a look for it.

Unfortunately, as I am still a newbie to the ways of GW2, I don't know what it is that I lack, what it is that can be improved, and how is it I can make myself appear better. I most often see mesmers with extremely revealing and not-too-interesting looks, so I wanted to go with something different. Hopefully I didn't fail too horribly.

Regardless, help would be appreciated.
