Necromancer Tahlkoni Morda was descended from the Primeval Kings. Her life was lonely as she searched for a home home in the darkest realms of Tyria amongst flames and dead animals, and no hairdressers at all. Fortunately she was able to resurrect one bird who became her companion, named Undead Chicken.
The starting point of this look was the hair and the bloodstained yet childlike face. The necklaces evoke a bit of voodoo which goes with the weapons. There is no justification for the horns, I just liked them!
