Divinity's Reach - The Night Custodian

What if the city's laws aren't enough? What if criminals don't get what they truly deserve? I've grown sick and tired of these scum getting off the hook. The Seraphs and Shining Blades Queen Jenna deployed simply don't cut it. Vigilantes don't receive gratitude for what they do.. but someone has to do the Queen's dirty work and keep the streets clean.

Tessa was born and raised as a noble in the Salma District. Her father was very strict and pushed her to study so that she would become a nobleman like himself. Though she was forbidden to leave the house without her father's permission, her mother on the other hand wanted Tessa to experience every bit of being young. On occasions, her mother would allow Tessa to sneak out and enjoy the ever so liveliness of Divinity's Reach. One night while Tessa was out near the Pavilion enjoying a festival, her father discovered that his daughter was missing. He called his wife as well as the Seraph and with them started a search for Tessa. It wasn't too long until he and his wife caught glimpse of Tessa walking along the streets in the Ossan Quarters, In the corner of a nearby building, a mugger cloaked in black garments approached Tessa, as if he knew she was a noble's daughter. Tessa's father quickly comprehended the situation and reacted by charging towards the man while yelling at the top of his lungs for his wife and daughter to escape. The cloaked man pulled out a pistol and fired two bullets into her father's chest. Her mother stopped as her husband's body fell flat to the ground. Before she could cry out, the mugger shot her as well. He turned to Tessa and before he could reach her, the squad of Seraphs arrived by the sound of gun fires. The man was immediately disarmed and apprehended by overwhelming numbers. Momentarily before he was taken away, Tessa noticed a smirk on the man's face. He had chuckled to himself in delight.
"..I remember it all.. the sound of proud drums and trumpets playing loudly under the night sky, but you know what I remember most.. the laughter of my parent's killer rings louder in my ear than any instrument I've ever heard. Yea, I remember it all."

Would like to see what people think of my necromancer.. I made her a few months back and went through a variety of changes here and there. Soo here she is! Any suggestions for improvement?
