to go with that i guess the staff version of your sword, Chaos staff, Shimmering (new guild one), lightward's battlestaff if you're that lucky. Even the simple seraph staff perhaps. Not many good looking red staffs though

I think the Seer's Warstaff might be a great fit for your character. Personally I think that midriff gap would drive me nuts, but if it doesn't bother you that's good (it's really only visible from the front anyway, so not even as bad as I thought). I like the look overall so far, now gogo on Twilight!

A lot of people have done this hooded-angel look. You have an interesting take on it, but I have to agree that the midriff gap is a teensy bit annoying.
The dye scheme could also use some work; try to make it blend together using more dye colors. Given that you're making Twilight, you could use a lot of dark red dyes with Abyss and a little bit of a silver dye - NOT Celestial - in the right places. Or you could use Silver or Icing instead of Celestial in some places, for a little less contrast.
Also, I'd switch out the pants for something less planty (because you're not a sylvari) and the shoulders for something much lighter (it's hard to use those right, and I have no idea why they're basically heavy armor in the first place), but that's just me.

Like Aldro, I think you should use the Seer's Warstaff for sure; that's the first thing I thought of when I saw you wanted something to match Twilight.

Have fun finishing Twilight and mixing up those dyes!

I think there is too much white for a look where you intent to use Twilight.

If you want to use Twilight on this character, I would actually switch the black and white parts around
There is no white on this weapon, so it seems a bit weird to make that your primary colour
The mix in itself is alright, although I would maybe use shorter gloves as these make the top part of your look feel a bit cluttered and dense
