Shoulders: outlaw shoulders
Chest: Leather coat
Gloves: Leather gloves
Pants: Sneakthief
Boots: Whispers secret boots
P.s 1 question what dagger, sword and shortbow skins should I use for this?

 Ego Fashion Guru | I would like a simple skin like Krytan Shortbow, Ebon Vanguard Bow. Vigil's looks cool, too, more like a thief. For dagger Komali's Sacrificial Blade or Glimmerfang would be nice, Ebon Vanguard's, too. Honor of Humanity as Sword will be a good match for Komalis Dagger. |

 Zorby Fashion Collector | Glimmerfang is a nice dagger. you could also look at the "regular" crafted skins (bronze, iron, steel, darksteel, mithril) or the basic white ones for simple looking weapons for banditry. |
