Butterfly - Medium

Medium armour in pastel colours, with a focus on approachability, and looking good combined with a yellow character. I found it quite hard to set up a decent look with medium armour that complements a slender character, without the coat from the waist down standing out too widely.

In regards to dyes, I have done my best to have the dyes of the colour-changing scales(?) be dyed in such a way that their details are very visible, while simultaneously working together with the rest of the armour. As is, their colours move from green to pink and purple (all pastels), which work together well with the overall colours on the armour.
The hardest to dye were the Rebel Long Boots, as colours show up darker on this piece of apparel, compared to most other pieces of medium armour. The colours used are as close I could get to being the same colour as the ones on the chest.

The character has a set of wings to complete the look, and optionally, there is a cat ear hood as well - the theme "friendly looking yellow character" stays the same.

In character-
Darin goes by the name 'Butterfly' whenever he can, the name derived from the wings on his back. They are fastened with straps, and holographic; them clipping through objects is not strange once you know of this.

Energy crystals flickering from hue to hue, adorn his armour. Most of them are charged, as their subtle shifts in colour emphasise.
