Heavy armour in cold colours, with a focus on a cold appearance, and dim colours.
In regards to dyes, I have done my best to have the dyes on the glowing parts of armour be dyed in such a way that their colours blend in well throughout the day, but aren't overly bright during night time.
The character has a set of wings to complete the look - the theme "unhappy looking blue character" stays the same.

In character-
Darin goes by the name 'Butterfly' whenever he can, the name derived from the wings on his back. They are fastened with straps, and holographic; them clipping through objects is not strange once you know of this.
The weapon is the Scryer's Circle, which model-wise fits what he would have in character, though his version has two holographic veiltail goldfish in the center. Their density is similar to gelatin, and they respond to being interacted with.
This appearance is an older one, but as I had screens and the colours still, I've decided to set a profile for this colour combination as well.
