Sometimes, when faced with an enemy that has technological superiority, the best course of attack is to turn their own weapons against them. Such was the answer the Olmakhan hunter Nerva came to when the Inquest came and besieged her home. Her normal hunting bow? It could take care of the twisted little rats on their own well enough, but their mechanical creations--their golems and turrets--stood up far better to an arrow than asuran flesh did. The rifles and gadgets Nerva scrounged up from them, though? Those fared quite well against metal and flesh alike. Thus began the journey of the one her tribe came to dub "Rathunter;" a journey that will not end until the invaders can never threaten her home again.

This was a concept I had in mind for whenever I got around to making an engineer: an Olmakhan scrapper that procured their tech and gear from the Inquest that they've slain. This led to trying to find a balance between the tribal style of the Olmakhan and the distinctive, futuristic black-and-red of the Inquest. Fortunately, a couple of the exclusive Olmakhan faces share the same color scheme and fit perfectly. This along with the similarly-colored tattoo for the chest became a nice middle ground, letting her retain some of that tribal appearance while still meshing with the Inquest style. From there, I added in just a couple of Inquest-styled pieces, enough to sell the "scavenger" look without dominating everything else.
I'm not entirely sold on the boots yet, and might revisit those once I've expanded my medium armor skin collection a bit. Same with the hammer; the Plamsa Hammer fits well enough but I'd like to swap it out--probably with either an Aetherized Vermillion or a War Machine.

This is ever first Charr I see with tattoo armor! Your idea with an Olmakhan scrapper that procured their tech and gear from the Inques is very original. So armor mix fits your concept and story. But you have to know the background, because without this information ingame it looks chaotically thrown together (not only armor mix, also the colors). I leave your presentation without rating, because I like that you have tried to work out an idea, although this does not correspond to my taste.
