I present you my first character Yukimi Matsuo. She's now a Tempest. ^_^
This is not her first look (things change in 3 years lol) but when this outfit came out I had to have it. Her name is the same as my favorite Miss Universe Japan of all time so this outfit was just perfect!
Her look may not be super original but I love her the way she is.
