Awakening beneath the pale tree, the "Chaos Guardian" Acala Kanso awoke with a dream of blinding white light. It was a message of hope and clarity in his purpose to act. All beings alike share dreams and nightmares, but it is the Chaos Guardian who is imbued with the insight to maintain equilibrium between these two forces...
This is my first time posting, I feel like I put a lot of effort into character design, since that is what I like most about rpgs. I figured I would share my main character to see what you guys think. Thank you!

 RASCALLON Fashion Collector | I kind of dislike the interpretation of the dream Sylvari so often proudly speak of. Don't get me wrong, I acfually like what you did here, I just... I'm a huge Sandman fan (a comic about a deity called Morpheus, the Lord of Dreams), which kind of prevents me to look at other Dream phylosophies objectively--hence my first sentence. To clear that out of the way, lets move on to the topic at hand. Your outfit seem to be radiant even without any pieces from Radiant set (not counting Chaos gloves), which is intriguing, to say the least. To be fair, I was never a fan of the headpice you wear, but you make it grow on me--slowly. I mean, even the scarf is NOT that cancerous (don't mind my expression, I have it too, I hate on it cause everyone uses it and all of the outfits just look the same) considering, you made it tolerable, within the boundries of what you were given. If this is your first entry, you made a great impression. Although, I must point at one nitpick I kept seeing across all the pictures you provided. Never use MINI unless you want the mini be a part of your handcrafted story for your character. That's just me, it ruins the immersion, and I don't like it when something ruins such rare thing in this world full of cruelty and sorrow. Anyway, that got lengthier than I initially wanted. Let me cut it here, GOLD, take it, you deserve it. |

 Kanso Wanderer | I appreciate your opinion and suggestions. You have convinced me to read into Sandman and the philosophy shared on dreams there. I am glad I could shed your perspective on the scarf and headdress. I have wanted this helmet for a while now and figured the scarf is the only aesthetically pleasing combination with it as it gives the feel of one continuous piece or armor. The headdress alone is very bulky and makes the head look over-sized otherwise. I will keep the mini in mind next time I decide to share a style whether I remove it or incorporate it. Thank you for the gold, I enjoy my armor sets but it is nice to hear appreciation from others sometimes. |
