Pale and fierce, nothing stands in this mesmer's way. Using her powers of trickery and confusion, she will summon phantasms to disorient her prey.
Misty fog, blinding sparkles, and flashes of multicolored light come into play to confound whatever, or whomever, she is attacking. The distractions of her flashy clothes and weapons, combined with her skills, shatters and illusions make her a force to be reckoned with.

My mesmer has the Ghostly Infusion and, more recently, the Winter's Heart Infusion.
I love the leystone pieces and the Shatterer backpiece since they add another element of effects. Normally I'm not one for anything too flashy, but I feel like it all works together here.
I will admit, I'm not the biggest fan of the skulls or buttcape on these pants, but its oh so hard to find light legs that aren't some type of skirt (which doesn't fit with this character at all).

Common sylvari face, literally the most overused and everyone has it. Not even worth a bronze.

I like how much work you invested in the presentation, the screens and the description are really good!
For that effort alone I couldn´t give you less than silver
The armour/dyes however are really not my thing; the armour style is quite tribal and natural, but the dyes don´t go with that AT ALL
The black swallows all the armour details and the neon colour just looks really off
I´d either change her armour style completely to accomondate bright colours better or really devote myself to the tribal look and take that purple completely out of the equation

I absolutely agree about the pants. Light characters need more pants that don't look like pajamas or have skulls hanging from them. :/ I think this color combo is fine, especially if you want the branded look (awesome screen with the Shatterer, by the way), but unfortunately the color does obscure detail. If you used lighter blacks, though, it might end up turning out grayish instead, so I'm not really sure what you could do from here. Ultimately, if it looks good to you in game, I'd leave it. It's your character after all.
