The cloth parts he replaces regularly, but the rest of his armor has been burnt over time by his own flames...
I wanted to give my elementalist a rugged battlemage appearance with some heavy-looking armor pieces. I love how the Charred dye gives the Carapace leggings a reddish color, further adding to the "burnt" theme. I think the gloves could be better but they'll do for now. There are also some clipping issues with his beard and the hood, which can be seen in some of the screenshots; hopefully they aren't too distracting!
He has almost 0% map completion so the only location that seemed suitable for screenshots was Edge of the Mists (Badlands).
