My planned look for a Revenant/Herald since I had an absolute blast playing it. I'll go into depths about my steps & thoughts at creating this look if you're interested, though it may be a bit of a long read. I hope you like this! Full imgur album: http://imgur.com/a/qv2Lc

I'm not too happy that I had to use 3 Phalanx pieces since I try to avoid using too much pieces from the same set but it blends together too well to avoid.

I based the girl's look on the Japanese "Kogal" fashion fad that I saw in some shows where the girls dye their hair gold/blond and tan the skin. I thought the contrast between the bright gold and dark skin is really great. So I went ahead and based the armor colors on the Gold-Black style.

For the armor skins I actually started from the Boots & leggings, inspired by this Largos cosplay https://www.reddit.com/r/GuildWarsDyeJob/comments/283bvf/largos_20_now_on_a_blue_sylvari_with_white_hair/ I thought the zodiac leggings and the Phalanx boots mix incredibly well. I made the cloth parts black, and the main metal parts gold as with the theme. Then after some trial and errors, I decided that silver fits best as the metallic parts' accents, cliche as it may be.

For the body, I was looking for something that looks metallic but still figure hugging. Some options are the Vigil's, Priory's Glorious, and Carapace body, but I ended up with Phalanx because I thought the wing design of the chest looks gorgeous. Gold-Silver theme for the metals, then I added the blue accent to match the zodiac pants. The "woven" part I filled with black to match the theme, then I realized it looks sort of feathery, and the Dark Feather Wing just naturally clicks in.

On another of my character I found out how well the Carapace Shoulder and Phalanx Gauntlet fit together, so I applied it here as well. Same principle and theme for the coloring. The Revenant blindfold slides in perfectly as well, which I'm very happy with.

All in all I am very happy with how this turns out. I like how the blue hand aura when channeling Glint fits together with the blue accent of the armor, and the fact that farming the Mordrem event for the halo was worth it as well.

The only thing I'm not too happy about with is the Mace and main hand sword. The Shiverstone's head fits the misty blue accent very well, but the handle is too "primitive" for the theme. I wanted the main hand sword to be a thin, elegant rapier, the Bonetti's Rapier fits the shape well, but the color scheme is a bit off. I don't have Faren's rapier yet and the preview of it isn't too clear so I'm not sure yet.
