I wanted to look as shiny as possible and i think i did pretty decent

If you're looking for where you can go to blind folks with your armor's radiance, check around the sylvari areas; their tree lanterns will turn you bright white. I know for my luminescent ele look I used the tree light near Rally Waypoint in Straits of Devastation. With the right angle, you won't even be able to see your charr through the light. |
