This outfit is based upon the premise of a charr surgeon that isn’t too good at his job. So instead of leaving them to rot, he sends them back on the battlefield. Sure they may be no more then horrific, lumbering masses of flesh, but not much has changed.

I was originally going to use the HotW chest piece on this set and go for a more plague doctor-ish motif, but I decided to go a more reckless route instead.
