The Charr has the Sovereign staff now and she will get the Sovereign greatsword when necromancers can use greatswords. So no both Kru members have a matching look and matching Sovereign weapons.
I really like how the Order's robe matches with the Charr cultural armor, it looks liek she is wrapped in different fabrics just like she is from a country in the desert.
