My first try at a style. :)
I tried going for a more affordable, royal looking design. Bare with me, I do not have a lot of colours at my disposal (yet) :D
Couldn't find the shoes in the db, they're actually Mad King's Slippers.
The weaponset I use are all part of the Ebon Vanguard weaponset (shortbow in picture), since they fit the colour-scheme perfectly.
Suggestions needed and wanted ;)

I really like the idea of matching the armor with ebon vanguard weapons, i plan on using a similar look for my revenant as well.
The colors arent the best match but you said yourself this will come with time.
There are lots of armors that have ornaments or shapes reminding wings or feathers, have you tried those out yet? As you are a human you could play around with T2, especially the mask might be an interesting adition.
The shoulders are already nice and go in that direction but i feel like it could be better.

All in all i would say this is quite good and not too shabby for a first, cheap armor but it could get even/much better the more money and time you are willing to invest.

Thanks for the input :) I'll go check T2 out, even though I wouldn't want to go too deep into ornamentals. I am mostly unhappy with the pants, since they don't fit the structure of the fabric of the top, I'll check out some variations there.
Thanks again! :)

I'm pretty impressed, I personally would probably make the pants and maybe boots a neutral color to add more variety and realism to the look. I like the blue and gold though, nice work

I think the concept is pretty good. I would add a third detail color and maybe exchange the shoulders, because they look comedically large.
