I finally finished my soulbeast elite spec and I have to say I'm having a ridiculous amount of fun playing it! I had to redo my ranger to accommodate the new profession and I decided to go with a somewhat minimalistic style showing more streamlining and a more nature non-heavy armor look. I pictured her in the wild as a sylvari in tune with nature and the animals so I wanted a skin that conformed to this but I wanted to exploit the fact that she is a sylvari so I wanted to allow her own skin to show more as well. Sometimes I will hide her shoulders and sometimes I won't but she is wearing gloves and a helmet, I just have it hidden for the look.

 RASCALLON Fashion Collector | Hey, well, I like it. The Screenshots are captivating and the Infusion makes the whole thing look a bit shinier than it usually is. Its not distracting, it actually really feel like the Infusion is part of "her" - you feel me? In my personal taste I would match different armor pieces since I kind of dislike Carapace medium armor - the boots are awesome if used correctly, like this outfit: http://gw2style.com/look.php?id=14284 Anywaaaay, since you are on a good way to present your characters to world, I recommend instead of your personal comments in description, putting some backstory for character, since I rate outfits by the following: Screens, Armor mix, Originality and mainly Backstory. I know, it might not be much, but if I have to imagine backstory for her just from Screens with no foundation to go off, something is not right. That's just a tip. So yeah, the originality and screens are pure GOLD, but the other things really lack here - the armor mix is alright, though. The conclusion is SILVER for me. Cheers! |
