In trying to find the perfect armour for my Norn Necro I came upon the Tier 1 Norn Cultural Armour.
The skulls add a nice touch to the armour for a Necro and the colours work well too.

 Raha Fashion Collector | only one of these pieces is from a different set and there are only two colors in the look, so i can't really vote on this well :/ there are other armors that have skulls and bones in them, like the primitive and dry bones sets. i think you can make a cool necro look using those! |
