WvW armor introduced a new non trench coat chest piece for the mediums and made this look based on it when it was released. theme is toxic thief with the vibrant green and turquoise, i didnt want to abuse the vibrant colour for his hair so i went for a bleached blond hair from being in a toxic environment for too long.
