Tried to make a Royal/Councillor looking asura Ele.

 Sharkey Fashion Guru | Suggestions, hmm... I always figured councillors had bolder, brighter colors on their outfits. I like this mix better because it doesn't come off as gawdy as the in-game councillors do, but if you're going for other ways to approach the look, maybe try a brighter yellow and see how that looks? |
