I designed Arkin with the intent of having him appear to be a studious (because that's obviously what classes symbolize), well kept, minister to Queen Jenna.
The Aristocrat shirt and pants are an interesting set that fit incredibly well together. Although there are many alternatives, they other skins either clip or don't get the look across right (the Ascalonian pants are a little too tight). The Aristocratic look allows for a nice noble look that also lends itself to a mage. The most mage-like feature of his outfit, is the Phoenix Mantle. Aside from the Human T3 this is one of the most stereotypical mage's order set of shoulder I have seen, and I love them. They fit nicely over the Aristocrat set and helps make him look a little stuffy and bookworm-ish. It took me a long time to pick which boots worked best with this outfit, but I am pleased with the Vigil set. They keep with a theme that doesn't stray too far from the norm, and complete the look giving him an active look.

For his weapons, his staff is the Order of Whispers Staff, partially because he is of the Order of Whispers, but also because of how well the colors fit. Originally he wielded the Order Scepter and the fan focus, however I am happy with my choice to switch to the Privateer set. They show a man of money but also look the part of magical weapons. The normal scepter appearance is a little bulky for him. Finally, Lord Faron's Rapier was a natural choice for its color scheme, origin, and design. My head -cannon is that Faron gifted it to my character with a phrase something like "it will make you look more like me, then you'll get invited to all the parties".

I really like theme you've got going here. A bureaucrat look to me is interesting and unique. The enamelled emblaze dye gives vibrancy and subtle warmth. Would love to see some more screenshots of him!

This is a nice, round mix for a noble human, nicely done!
Weapons are all on point and your dyes go very well with the rest
However I do feel the fact that you used top and legs from the same set takes away a little from the originality of this look as it does give the Aristocrat set a strong prominance; there are a lot of royal looking sets, so maybe you could find something else to mix a little more, it would definitely add some originality!
Regarding presentation I can only repeat what I wrote for your first look, but overall I see a lot of potential here and with the standard criteria of this site fulfilled I am pretty sure your looks could harbour a lot of golds ^^
