After the death of his friend, a Sylvari ranger left the Nightmare Court to become a Guardian of Tarir. Under the keen eye of the exalted, this Sylvari trained hard to become the first Sylvari Guardian of Tarir. In this time, he learned the art of healing and archery. Over time, his reputation and skills became better, until he was finally accepted by the exalted. Along his side was his pet tiger Vernon, his closest friend since he left the Nightmare Court. He was known in Auric Basin for takeing down the most fearsome Modrem that attacked Tarir. One day, after another successful defending against the minions Modremoths, things changed. He left Tarir without saying a word, wandering around for no apparent reason. It seems like he is only a death skin of his former self. Toxic plants started to grow on his arms and shoulders and his former blue eyes turned red. His skin became pale and his hair lost all colour. No one knows what happened in that fight, but people think the Sylvari is controlled by something. Maybe it has something to do with the purple plant that started to grow on his back?

I went for an auric theme so I used the colours to fit the auric basin theme with the auric weapons.
sorry for bad english

Oii your character is so far away in the screens that I barely see anything over here. I think first of all you should reconsider your screen choices. For example your title screen- I really don't see your character it's all yellow and distracting that it's hard to find your Sylvary. You need to take some close up shots and please try not to take pics somewhere too distracting from your character. In the options- menue you could find the camera settings, try to figure out what every slider does and how you could zoom in to your character properly in order to take a nice shot. Also a character selecting screen would be really great so that we see the armour and your dyes in a natural light.
Right now it's really hard for me to rate your look based on the poorly taken screens but from what I see I think that the Bloodstone Visage is a very random and not fitting skin here. You used mosly green colours on your armour and I think that you should have stayed with this colour combo. In other words I would get rid of the eyes and your backpiece since they are looking very random and out of place. How the other skins are looking on your character and how the combo in general looks like is very hard to tell and I can't say anything about it.
I would rate this look properly if you would add some more screens where I could actually see more.

i posted some new and better pics. i do know that the head and backpiece dont fit colorwise but for the lore of my character which you should also reconsider. i dont think a purely green t3 basic sylvari wouldnt really look "possessed". also i do think its quite rude to forget the "possessed by mawdrey" part and just rate it bad because people cant really read. if you want to just rate it bad, give me atleast some good ideas or armor pieces that would look better. i think its really pathetic to rate something bad just because it has multiple colours in it.

Nice to see that you listened to the feedback ^^ Enables me to properly rate this look now!
What stands out the most for me is the colour scheme as it definitely evokes a feeling of Tarir for me
You could maybe go for different pants, it always takes away a little from the originality of the look if the two central pieces (coat and legs) are from the same set and I think you could easily replace it with one of the cultural armour
As for Mawdrey: yes, I understand it´s part of the story you created, however I still dislike how the purple feels completely disconnected with the rest of the look, I´d either drop it or change the colour scheme (which would be a shame since I really like your golds and greens)
As for screens: try to play a little more with the camera settings
Here is a nice guide with the most basic tips: https://www.reddit.com/r/guildwarsdyejob/wiki/screenshots

And you will sadly have to get used to people who just want to criticise without being constructive, it´s part of the site

Finally I can see him haha. I really love sylvaris when they stick to their cultural armor or nightmare they look really good and he goes well with the lore but I would really love to see like a little more of purple to get the mawdrey better. Still is a good look :).

i recoloured the toxic parts to fit better to mawdrey. also i got the firstborn legs to have more diversitiy. i plan on getting the auric backplate thing to create a character completly fitting to tarir, maybe like the prepossessed version of this character. :)
