The Mist Walker

The Mist had always been a place shrouded in mystery. Few knew whence it came and where it goeth, what it contains and what it hides... For centuries, the Mist clung to the world, accessible only by those who stumble across rifts and cracks that appear randomly across Tyria.
And so it was, that a man, blind from birth, stumbled into a rift and fell into the Mist.
And within the Mist, the man heard voices. Cackles of madness that taunted and tempted him to no end. "Come...Pick me up..." the voice cackled..."You can feel me...can't you...Pick me up...and I will be your eyes!!". The voice grew into a shrill and the man could resist no more. His eyes!! His eyes!!
The man hesitated no longer...the Mist that had hung densely upon his skin parted before his determined steps as he strode towards the voice and reached out with his hands...
Perhaps Fate had guided his steps...

 Roamin Fashion Guru | It doesn't have the most appealing silhouette to me, and the Light metal on the legs seem out of place i think. Other than the story (which is really nice btw!!) i don't really see a connection in the shield. The screenshots are well executed :) |

 Cambeleg Fashion Collector | When I saw the pictures, I was a bit confused about the shield... but then, reading the story, it got all the sense. A very good idea to use the description for merging the shield with the concept, Eme! |

Honestly, I can't see what is the connection between the shield and my armor set either...I wanted the shield to be the centre-piece but I couldn't come up with a fitting heavy armor set for it...I check GW2Style's past looks and there were only 7 other looks using this shield...and none of them really looked fitting either most didn't even show the shield =/...is there no way to make a look around this shield? Roamin Fashion Guru | Personally i think i would stick with the color scheme the shield has, meaning quite dark with some red/yellow fiery tones. I must admit, the armor combo is very difficult with this shield though. |
