Hey there!

I finally wanted to showcase my beloved Norn Dragonhuntress, Darais!

I've been looking for a nice heavy armor setup for female Norn for quite some time and finally got every piece together and got a look for her that I really enjoy and makes me feel satisfied with it.

Together with Ydalir and the Gallant greatsword the female Dragonhunter theme is complete.

While some people may think that the black or dark - red theme is just to fit the Twilight or Eternity I have to admit that I like this colours the most. I tried so many different colours but these just stuck with me.

Okay, I'm going to try as hard as I can to be nice because I get flamed at if I'm not...
Your armor mix would be awesome if you weren't using the T2 (stag) helm or the Primeval shoulders. As for your dyes, I suggest not using both blue and red; that clashes, especially with this armor. Try to go for a unified theme. Don't just show off your pretty fractal backpiece and legendary hammer; use your dyes to match one, and hide/unequip the other.
Lastly, I noticed that you uploaded a decent amount of screenshots, which is nice, but I suggest that you take a picture somewhere in the Shiverpeaks, not just in Temple of the Silent Storm.
Oh, and we have an Elessar Taralom here. ...coincidence? xD

First of all: hey, that´s my name! :P
Secondly: I like this armour combination, the ornaments on the chest and the helmet feel like they belong together! I rarely like these pants, but here they work for me
While I do like this sharp contrast between the dark armour and the white details you added, I feel like a more natural dyejob in a completely different direction would help make this pop more!
You can btw add your weapons under "Specify Amour" and "Accesoires"; I thought think you even mentioned the weapons in the description it would be nice to see them on first glance ^^
Some more in-game screens would be appreciated as well, bet she photographs well :3

I like the "Animal" parts! Personally, I find they work best when balanced - meaning if the head or shoulders is all big and fierce, but the rest of the ensemble is sleek and "small", then the character can come off looking top-heavy. But that's not the case here! You've incorporated a similar pattern in with the boots to keep the balance good for me.

The colors work for me, as well. The blues give it a metallic feel, with the red added as a more decorative touch. In my imagination, I would see this character and think she was a Norn straddling a sort of line between one world and another, celebrating her more earthy affinities via the helm, shoulders, boots and a more "proper" warrior with the etched metal armor.

My only suggestion for improvement would be on screenshots, and they can be so hard to master, so its a minor, minor thing. Each of your screenies are very similar - each at the same distance from the camera, each with your character centered. For pure eye-appeal, it would be nice to add some off-center, some close ups, etc. Just something to think about!

Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for the comments! I appreciate all the feedback. :)

As for the blue - red counter part: Yes, they're kind of working against each other but I didn't find a nice, dark grey or black colour that gives me the same 'metallic' look yet.

These screens are just some that I had left and were easy to find. I will add some more when I get time to go through all of screens.

Btw. how can I take screens where my character is not centered?

You can change the camera position on the camera options...

I'm not a big fan of the Illustrious tassets when there is no other cloth on the armor. I think a full plated leg will look better. You can swap you chest for inquest and your leg to primeval and not overload the look with primeval without losing the chest details for exemple (Inquest and primeval chests are pretty similar).
Also I think that if the stag helm horns can be dyed with the electro blue from the shoulders and boots it will look a bit better (but it looks decent as it is).

There are plenty of camera options just under the general tab ^^
Point of view and vertical positions really do wonders for your screens! And using the horizontal view sliders also makes for some more interesting screens
