This is the look of my main, Charr Guardian. Took me a while to adjust heavy armors, since I don't like them on charrs at all (especially shoulders and headpieces). Most of the heavy wearers take cultural armors....
After a while I made her look like a mix between medium and heavy, which looks pretty amazing in my opinion c:

 7he ODdeST_1 Wanderer | I love stuff like this! I've tried in the past to make the lighter armour classes look like they're wearing heavier armour, but not the other way round. It's a shame there are no normal hoods for heavy armour classes. I think it would be just the thing for this character... |
