Got the idea of making a Halloween setup and got a Dwayna's Sword skin in the meantime, so i combined. Instead of the Radiant Vambraces and the Zojja's Greaves you can use the Banded ones and paint them blue if you don't like or have these, also the chest piece on the picture is the guild defender but i had the one linked in item show before the guild defender.
