I wanted to go for a look with a lot of texture and layers for my Mesmer. The cloth on the crown, scarf, robes and pants gave me that. Knowledge Is Power is where V E J stores all the information he gathered on his travels while channeling his elusive illusionary skills. Hope you like it!
