Norn T3 isn't unique, I know, but there's a reason for that.
I did try to add some new elements to it through the Phalanx set so it wouldn't be too similar to other T3 guys.
Phalanx: shoulders, gloves, boots
T3: chest, leggings
Hammer is Entropy
Dyes: Midnight Ice, Blue Ice, little bit of Abyss
