"A ship in a harbor is safe, but that is not what ships are built for."
Vallis was born into the College of Statics. Bearing his education with a cratered and blunt line of events. He believed in the importance of accuracy; for example. If he were to create an elemental with the intention to kick a foe, (even if it were to be as soft as silk) you would be sure by his arrangement that it would kick. But even though he was a persistent mind he always fell short of the college's standards. Spending months on single structures he would always lack one simple part; which would ensure the avalanche of his project. Soon being ridiculed and labeled as a 'lost cause' he grew to contain a sense of anger. He would surrender his rage onto his creations - blaming them for their existence and his loss of dignity. Never a day gone by that he didn't envy them for completing the most simplistic tasks as he swung on a puppeteer's string assembling and shipping them for grubby hands to play with. Vallis craved that sense of recognition that they gained and felt as though he was worth more than a manufacturer. So with such sense of display he poured his life's research onto himself. No one knows for sure how he was capable containing the powers that were so carefully crafted into only forms of inanimate objects. Some say that the headpiece that he shows so brashly is the reasoning of his capability to control the elements. Others, say that his dandelion irises bear his determination which allowed him to do such. The only evidence that could be offered was on his application form to leave the College of Statics under the column "Concerns or Final Thoughts." He had by chance wrote; "as soft as silk."

Major influence for this look is from @PaulIndrome who kind of inspired me to go outside of typical dye line-ups.
