I had been fooling around with the gas mask and carapace skins and stumbled into an interesting theme I called "The Burn Victim". Carapace overlays can be made to look like bandages, and the gas mask skin completely covers your character's head. I thought it would be cool to build this theme from the burn victim perspective, being completely wrapped in bandages and still on fire, yet somehow staying in the fight.

In my original description, which I just stumbled across again today, I used the word "elementary" ... and for that I apologize. My head's not that big =P.

Well, it's been some time since the upload but I'll comment anyway.

I read the name dhummfire, saw the character and thought, hm, doesn't look like a dhuumfire to me. Dhuums bandages were dark, in general he was green glowing and black, and skull parts. Maybe if you switched the white for some dirty looking color. Also you could try to get some skull armor into your mix, maybe the mask chestpiece or shoulders, though you would have to change the concept from how it is now.
But I like the idea of dhuum - fire a lot. Dhuum was one of my favourites in GW1.

For green glowing weapons, it really depends on what weapons you use for your necro. There are a lot. The ascended weapons have a vivid effect and are avaiable in green and orange. The Balthasar weapon set for burning, as the fused and molten weapons. Oh and all the primordus weapons. For green glowing you can use the auric weapons, the sunless are great, Dragon Jade weapon set and Daydreamer. The Kind Toad weapons are viable ^^. And the dreamthistle set if you want, since they are more blueish. Beside that sets there are a few other options as well.

- Green and Glowing -
Greatsword: Claymore of the Sunless • Priory's Historical Greatsword • Verdant Greatsword
Staff: Gnarled Walking Staff • Imryldyeen • Bramblethorne • Scientific Staff • The Crossing!
Axe: Marjory's Axe • Scientific Axe
Dagger: Dragon Kama • Marjory's Dagger • Scientific Dagger • Verdant Dagger
Scepter: Scientific Scepter • Verdant Scepter
Focus: Chimeric Prism Focus • Seasatchel
Warhorn: Priory's Historical Warhorn • Scientific Warhorn

- Flame and burning -
Greatsword: Breath of Flame • Cobalt (which ignites in blueish fire when drawn) • (Twilight) • Volcanus!
Staff: Emberspire • Whisper's Secret Staff
Axe: Beacon of Light • Titans' Vengeance
Dagger: Incinerator (only for completion ^^) •
Scepter:Combustion • Emberglow • (Eye of Rodgort) • Shiverpeak Wand • Whisper's Secret Scepter: -
Focus: Gargoyle Focus

I skipped the underwarter weapons. There are a lot of options and hole sets for green light and burning. You might not find them all appealing and some are really pricy or gemstore only. But there are options. ;)
