This was an attempt to make my charr necro look like he made a creepy robe out of human skin. Sometimes it looks that way, sometimes it doesn't, it depends on the lighting.
The scepter is the Pirate Cane and the focus is the Pirate Poppet.

 Zaloopa Stylist | Yeah, horrible and terrifying are kinda what I was going for. The idea for this one originally came from GW1 where my warrior had a set of armor that was made from Charr skin, I felt like it was only fair to let my Charr turn the tables.
