PaulIndrome Trendspotter | To be honest, I've always pictured the "stongest knights in the kingdom" to be the type to insist on much less ornate or delicate armor and lean much more toward the practical and durable. The representational visuals of grandeur and everything might be more the royal guard's thing but the Kingsguard should be ready, fierce and able at a moment's notice without having to pay attention to whatever pointy end of their armor might break off next. :D ... but! While I don't agree with your interpretation of the Kingsguard matter, I must say it is a very noble looking set. I like it from the "shining armor" point of view. |
