toohairylegs Fashion Guru | Looks great! I think the Mist Herald backpiece would be a nice addition. It would go well with the gloves, and has that samurai feel to it. |

Rajayali Fashion Collector | Thanks! Regarding the backpack, I was considering that one, but the orange stripes and the colour of the metal bits kinda ruin it for me, as I went for red & bronze colour combination. But should it be on sale or something during Black Friday I will definately pick it up. |

TriggerSad Fashion Guru | I agree with your assessment on the backpeice (which is why I wish they'd let us dye them). It would fit well thematically, but the colors wouldn't match well with that you're using. Regardless, I really like the armor and dye combo you've used! :D |

Rajayali Fashion Collector | Thank you, yes, having the option to dye backpack would be an amazing addition. Or they could at least pull off something like those glowing eyes, and offer that backpiece in different colour combinations. |

Darkstar Fashion Collector | Much Samurai. Very like. No bow = no quiver imho. Love the armor combo and dyes. I'm not sure the black matches Belinda's Greatsword unless my monitor is totally off (I've found Midnight Ice matches better for the armor I've been using). For my money, I'd be using Ceremonial weapon sets with this armor for similar theme and color; although admittedly, they're more chinese than japanese, nothing in the game is 'perfectly' samurai anyway in terms of armor. |

Rajayali Fashion Collector | Thanks. So far I have Ceremonial bow and shield, not a huge fan of the axe, though, and I will take a look at the dyes. |

Rajayali Fashion Collector | Thanks, though the HoT left his delicate heart in shambles due to him not going back to his ancestral homeland :,( |

papanurgle Stylist | what weapons would you recommend for this style? I do believe i shall mimic this once the revenant is around. I was also debating on using the dragon head as a silly zinger for the outfit but idk if it might me a tad overdone. simply asking, what weapons should i be using? |

Rajayali Fashion Collector | The weapons for Revenant so far are staff, hammer, mace and axe, right? Staff - if you are going for the "I was dead but I now I am death" vibe then Crossing is quite nice, use it as a flail with the Revenant combat style. Maybe Aureate staff as it is a bit similar to a spear and the colour of metal kinda fits the armor. Guild Pillar, Final Rest? As for hammer - Krytan Hammer for the little red jewel embedded in the head (and I like the hammer in general). Then maybe Entropy is it goes well with the animations and skill effects. Also from what I have seen Tormented Maul might be a good choice, especially with channeling Mallyx. Axe? I went for Dreadwing, a weapon from GW1, maybe Knot of Justice would go well with it. And at last, the mace - Aureate Mace has good colours and I like the shape, then Guild Pummeler or Ebon Vanguard Mace. Also, Ceremonial weapons fit nicely with the armour and Fractal weapons fit nicely with the Revenant theme. And bear in mind that there will be new skins introduced, but this is the list I came up with so far, hope it helps. |
