Alyexis Snowblind was a Charr born into the Blood Legion that was recruited into the Durmand Priory at age fourteen. Once in the Priory, she chose to investigate ley magic and the effects it had on dragon minions once consumed. After studying hard for nearly four years and the death of Mordremoth, Alyexis began journeying out in to the field so as to gain firsthand experience with ley energy.

With a sharp mind and even sharper battle instincts, Alyexis was quickly elected to journey to Bloodstone Fen with a team of select Priory members to inspect the recent discovery of one of the shards of the Bloodstone. Unfortunately, the pact soldiers she had journeyed with arrived within the Bloodstone's circle of influence pre-destruction, and was therefore caught in the resulting ley blast.

The radiation from the blast was so great it destroyed her body, but with so much excess magic suddenly released, it latched onto her armor and fused her conciousness with it resulting in a possessed, mobile set of armor with Alyexis' soul trapped within, unable to communicate, with an an endless and violent thirst for energy
