The medium cathegory is maybe the worst for me in Charr's fashion. Almost all are "humanish" coats. But you did well ;-) Fill up the armor and dyes specifications, add more screens and we'll see what rating we give you ;-)
Where as I can agree that the scarf and the trapper's coat are one of the better, if not the best medium-armor skins for Charr nowadays, you cannot take away that the dyes, the face and most of the armor is basically the same. Only the 'style' given to the looks is different. The one from Billy is a desert-roamer-esque look, whilst this one is a noble? I am sorry but I cannot see anywhere where this is noble.
However on the looks that you showed me. Indeed, the face and the fur look oddly similair. However the skins in the armors are slightly variated (only the boots, shoulders and headpiece are different) however they both use different dyes. Even though this is minor, looking at what they both wanted to create. They both wanted to make a leaf-like charr; or perhaps a Charr that was very close to nature. They both used the same inspiration (the caladbolg-skins) and implemented it. And if I can be fair, I am quite sure that the second one must've used atleast the first one for some reverence, however they made it their own look and skin. Even though they are so similair, you can clearly see that they both made their own twist to it.
This one just uses the same armor (minus the legs), same dyes, probably the same weapons and the same fur & face. This is a blatant copy, the one you showed is most likely one with HEAVY inspiration or close to a copy.
