But since you want some help:
1) Do not use only 1 armor set. That's boring!
2) Play with some different colours - there is not only red / orange in fire // not only white in ice. Try some yellow or light blue maybe ^^
I like the basic idea of Fire and Ice/Water from an Elementalist. I frequently tool around with different ways of coming up with such a look. I am likely going to revisit my ideas for this look since I've picked up the Elemental Sword skin and it was a piece to the puzzle I've been wanting for some time. Since this is under Help Wanted I'm going to presume you want some tips on how to make it stand out. I think if I were working with a character like yours I would use deeper or brighter reds that stand out more against the skin toon. My Elementalist is white so I am very careful when I use white so that it doesn't blend into her. I would also consider incorporating some blues. Also, the Weaver Antipodes and the Elemental Sword would go well with such a look. I'll provide links for them in case you are unfamiliar with them and how to obtain them. I'm not sure what other pieces you could add without having a better idea of your wardrobe but consider the Seer Mask instead of the Fire Emblem. I like how you could use the color channels in order to fit both a Fire and Ice like scheme into it.
One final note, make sure you add more pictures. This look only uses one armor set so it may matter much since we are all familiar with how it looks. However, when you create your own make sure there are plenty of pictures to show it off. Otherwise, good luck!!!
I tried to make a sylvari once. I got angry and deleted it; probably the hardest race to work with. Make sure the skin does not match the color of the outfit. I would use the color wheel to find an opposing color to red and go from there.
As an elementalist, there are plenty of skins that highlight your profession. However, the best skins for sylvari are cultural armor. It's often why you see it on sylvari so much here. It looks unnatural for a plant to wear clothes.
