Lyra - Explorer, Reader, and Cuddler of Polar Bears.

Lyra lived in libraries. Instead of exploring the wild and setting her precious Iorek against Tree-knows-what, she preferred to sit alone in a quiet place and pour over books. At least when she wasn't being kicked out of reading establishments because of her pet polar bear, as was the case one day while she was pouring over a copy of 'Centaur Tribal Culture and History' and a human walked up to her.
"Hey you! Twig!"
"Yes?"
"I hope you understand that...er, polar bears are not permitted in this establishment."
"Is that so?"
The human prickled.
"Yes it is! Get that.. thing out of my library before it starts eating the books, or worse!"
"He isn't a thing. He's Iorek, my polar bear, and I assure you that he's quite tame."
The polar bear grunted and sat down, as if to demonstrate his tameness.
"I don't care how tame he is, you never know. Grenth, I had a norn in here, a beast much more 'tame' in one way or another than your pet killing machine, and he destroyed an entire bookcase in a drunken rampage. So get out."
Lyra sighed.
"Let's go, Iorek."
The bear growled menacingly at the human, who jumped back in alarm. The sylvari put her hand on its back and escorted it out the door, off to find another library with brand new librarians to terrorize.


So, this is Lyra, my Sylvari Ranger. I tried to give her a sort of nerdy researcher look, but my siblings all shout 'HARRY POTTER PLANT LADY' when I play as her. I personally like her look more than Rowan, my main Elementalist Sylvari, but she's extremely simplistic.
