Gwyn Hoderdottir, 1330 AE

September 25th, 1330 AE. Boats have started sailing to and from independent city of Amnoon, a city on the end of the Crystal Desert. Humans, who call themselves Elonians, have started pouring into lion's arch, telling stories of the rogue god of war, murdering innocents and the Branded invading their homes. I'm highly curious and confused about this god. Why is he murdering his people? Don't the human Gods care about their people? I also wonder if he cares about the other races or Tyria as a whole.

September 26th, 1330 AE. I've decided to buy a boat ride to Amnoon to learn more about the Crystal desert and Balthazar. Since she is old enough, I've decided to bring Astra, my white griffon I hatched from an egg a few years ago. She is almost bigger than me and is quite obedient. I hope she and I take the desert heat and dangers well.

September 27th, 1330 AE. We arrived in Amnoon, the city was grander then I expected from a desert city. My normal attire is awfully hot, so I have gone to a new attire. Calvaries, the guards of the city ride Raptors. Looking at the saddles the use, I could manufacture it into a saddle usable for Astra, I don't know how she'll take it though.
There are an awful lot of refugees in just tents, I pray, if the spirits here my prayers from here, that these people will get help.

October 1st, 1330 AE. It took us a few days to gather supplies and Astra has gotten used to me riding her, I believe we are ready to take on the desert. Spirits wish us luck!
