Spearmarshal mesmer. If you have a sylvari with the pattern showcased here, this top is the best way to show it off. Looks good with and without a backpack. It also looks amazing with the Spearmarshal's shoulders because the dangling bits can be died black so it combines with the mask's little stones. I simply like feathery stuff too much.
