"Choice. Freedom. Liberation!"

The Paragons of old believed in fate. Every destiny was preordained by the will of the gods, and the Paragons were their emissaries.

But this is now a world of mortals, and fate is no longer in the hands of capricious deities. Each person can only rely on their own resolve to create their future, and the freedom to do so--the freedom to build a better life--must be defended at all costs.

---

This originally started as a White Mantle dye, but after getting some neat pieces of Spearmarshal armor I decided to repurpose it as a Paragon scheme. I debated having a less heavy chestpiece, like the Pit Fighter chest or Barbaric coat but neither really fit the image of ornate design that I thought Paragons fulfilled.

Love the roman centurion vibes from the helmet - but it's on a Sylvari! They cannot know the greatness of being a paragon (great look though, gold!)

I love how lines and curves interplay between the helmet, chest and shoulders. It has a very statuesque Art-Deco vibe. Meanwhile, the other pieces pull in the reference of the Elona region. My only critique would be using different shades of white and bronze instead of gold to enrich the etching details better and give them a weathered look. All in all, the look is praise worthy. Gold!

I thought about making a Human Guardian just to advertise this look, but unfortunately I don't have many transmutation charges.

Besides, male sylvari need more good looks! :P
