Using the particle effects of the Winter's Heart and Celestial Infusion (Blue) along with the Wind Catcher Backpiece and Chaos Gloves, I've tried to create my interpretation of a Winter Angel. Very expensive absolutely, but I think it's worth it for how it turned out.
