Her name was based on the fact that I loved Seafoam Islands in Pokemon. :)

 Star-Spangled Skies Trendspotter | The Inquest Breeches fits the oceanic theme amazingly well with the compass, but the shoulders and headgear don't quite match up. Dyes could use a little work as well. I'd give it a silver but with a couple changes it could easily be a gold. |
