Sometimes, fate chooses you...

My father was a weapons master. He made his living training students in the art of hitting things. I've trained under him since I could hold a sword. He'd spin tales of our family's ancestral homeland of Elona, the Land of the Golden Sun. It's been decades since my grandfather fled from the terror of Palawa Joko's reign. It's been my dream to lead an army to retake the land.

At 14 I was a master of weapons and fighting styles ranging from swords, maces, axes, shields, and even the bow. at 15 I joined the Seraph. At 18 I was the rank of Lieutenant. I'm a veteran of the centaur wars and have survived countless battles, earning many victories and marks of honor along the way with both my physical prowess and leadership capabilities.

I left the Seraph to join the Vigil. While I love Kryta, my path in life is fighting evil all around the world, not just playing defense at home. I was at the rank of Warmaster when the pact formed and helped lead the campaigns into Orr and Maguuma.

Sadly, with the Pact in shattered by Mordremoth it was time to move on again to a new phase in my life. I formed a guild with some personal friends and warbuddies called No Matched Equals. We did freelance work and treasure hunting.

When a job fighting a mist creature called the Leech of Aeons devastated the guild, the surviving members looked for anyway we could possibly defeat the creature. After research from out more scholarly members, we settled on the various artifacts of Dwayna.

With Dwayna's Bow, Sword, Light and Wings gathered we performed the ritual and they choose me. Blessed by Dwayna and empowered with divine magics beyond human capabilities I banished the Leech of Aeons back into the mists.

After all our adventures, I finally had the means to fulfill my dreams in life.

Fused with divine energies and purpose, nothing will stop me from marching across the desert and purging Joko and his undead armies from this world.

Devoted Mace, Devoted Rifle, Devoted Axe and Keepsake Warhorn not listed on gw2style.

I would enjoy recommendations for going as angelic as possible.

I like it a lot, but I think the gold should be more orange to better match your weapons. The screens in the fractal lobby give that orange-ish hue as a result of the lighting but that color isn't there in other lighting conditions. The armor combo isn't too exciting or new, but it's fitting for the theme you're working with. Pretty good outfit =D

I agree with frederickx about the gold dye, it's really a bit greenish. Also I think you could mix the armor skins a bit more. You did a great job choosing the weapons, the fit the looks very well. If i remeber right, there are also some armor skins, that would support the wings of dwayna theme nicely.
But overall she looks really nice and your screens and story are pretty cool too.
It's a silver from me :)

I'm not sure what you guys are talking about regarding the prosperity dye. I picked it because it's the goldiest gold in the game and it perfectly matches Sunrise's golden hilt. Maybe my monitor is off ^^;

What armor pieces would you pick for going maximum angel?

In hindsight, I should have rocked the Genesis hammer instead of Juggernaut.

Not alot of mix & match with armor, but you did a good job on the dye's.

I'd invite you to try the dwayna gauntlets (if you have them) and the human cultural t3 boots! :D

The heavenly ones? Yeah I'd love to have them. Someday I'd love to go back to GW1 and get all the Hall of Monuments stuff like that, particularly for those gauntlets.

As far as "angelic" armor, some of the Carapace gear (gauntlets standing out in particular) have some nice wing-like designs to them if you wanted to try that route. Aside from that, solid look, even if 4/6 armor pieces are the same set :P

Ok, I rescind my comment about the Heavy Carapace gauntlets, I was thinking of the medium ones... Oops

I got GW1 and am currently working on getting the Heavenly Hall of Monuments gloves for my power set. I think it'll look great.
