Just a Personally made-up Mixture of Cheap and affordable Pieces of Armor.

Head: Mist Scrim - Primary Color: Blue Steel / Secondary Color: Baby Blue

Shoulder: Herold Shoulderplates - Primary Color: Blue Steel / Secondary Color: Stream

Breastplate: Mistward Plate - Primary Color: Blue Steel / Secondary+Third Color: Stream

Gloves: Wanderer's Leystone Gauntlets - Primary Color: Blue Steel / Secondary Color: Stream / Third Color: Royal Blue

Legs: Scallywag Legs - Primary Color: Blue Steel / Secondary Color+Third Color: Stream

Feet: Armageddon Greaves - Primary Color: Blue Steel / Secondary Color: Stream / Third Color: Blue Steel

I also infused one of my Ascended Accesoires with a Ghostly Infusion to make it more Shiny. Weapons are Frostforged Sword and Axe.
For your Backpiece i recommend, when u have the Coins, Windcatcher. Just a Round-Up for all in all.
