Hi everyone, let's cut to the chase here, My outfit is crap, crappity crap crap crap, it's just a full armor set of whatever strikes my fancy for the week, with a crappy shades of purple coloration, I wanna get a outfit that showcases a GUARDIAN, but not some giant metal encased beeftank, I wanna be someone who's obviously there to take a hit, but will mend your wounds the moment her hammer has embedded itself in the enemies skull. Please any ideas would be lovely, and my dream weapons to go with this would be Foefire's Power https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/File:Foefire's_Power.jpg for her hammer and a mace that would go with Eidolon https://wiki.guildwars2.com/wiki/Eidolon please message me with any ideas or help you are willing to give as my sense of style is probably worse than a rocks, actually that's insulting to the rock to say its anywhere near a rocks sense of style. Regardless PLEASE SEND HELP, I'M TRAPPED IN MY OWN LACK OF CREATIVITY!!!!!!!

Hi. You can use the "Search" option in top menu to find your inspiration. Fill the filters to match your requirements. When you say "not some giant encased beeftank", it's still too general.

IMO there's nothing wrong using a complete armor set if you like it (you'll probably get lower marks on this web, but I think you just want to use it in game and not to present it here, right?).
I would use more natural colors. And even if I wanted to use this vibrant purple, I'd apply it only on some parts of armor and the rest would be for example mix of brown and gray.
Also you didn't say how many colors you have unlocked.

So if I were you, I'd go through the gallery on thos web, find armor pieces and colors I want to use for sure, take a picture and then ask again for some improvements.

I don't have too much, I have an odd mix. The reason I say Encased Beeftank is I can tell you what I don't want which is basically more metal than person. I have no real way to visualize the armors in my head beyond the full sets, even when I try the wardrobe in game i dont get any sense of, "that looks good" or "yes this" I've just stuck with the armor sets cause it's easiest but I want to have an outfit similar to what's on here, something that isn't just set number 53, I've taken a look about this site but It's all greek to me, I'd have no idea where to start.

I play a ranger so I'm less familiar with heavy armors, but I did like the Carapace heavy chestpiece for my guardian. It's armored in the center, but not the arms so that might help with the 'metal encased beeftank' thing. I actually like the whole Carapace set, but if you want to mix and match some, you might start there.

I can only echo what Katushka already said.
Click on the "Search" button at the top right corner of this site, search for
Armor class: Heavy
Race: Norn
Gender: Female
and you will have LOTS of outfits to get inspiration from or which you might even copy. There are many looks which might fit your taste!
Some people on this site really did some unique and awesome looks for norn women :)

I don't know if you know this but in the wardrobe section of the bank you can put together entire outfits even if you don't have the skins unlocked (you can preview more than one item at a time.) Great way to decide if an armour piece is worth taking the time to save gold for/unlock. I'd agree with above posters that subtle hints of purple combined with maybe some silver help break up the outfit and leave it less blockish.
