"I have nothing to lose..." Story of an ordinary soldier.
-not all soldiers want to fight the dragons or are willing to sacrifice for the queen. They are ordinary people with an ordinary life-

After he lost his wife and his daughter to the Harathi Centaurus, the man fell into a deep depression. He used to drown his sorrow in liquor and slept on the streets not having anywhere to go.
Without money he needed a job. Only one did accept him- a blacksmith.
The man cleaned the smiths tools and had to carry materials for him.
The blacksmith also "helped" to get rid of the addiction to alcohol, by forcing the man to drink the dirty water from cleaning, when he dared to appear drunk at work. Time passed...

One day a customer of the smith wanted to talk to the man and offered him to join the army. The smith agreed with the customer as a farewell gift the smith gave away a hammer, that had passed through generations in his family.
So he left his town to start training and to become a soldier.
Two things always in mind to keep him going forward. Revenge and the will to protect other families.- but first he needed a haircut.

I waned to create a look that shows a soldier without special "superpowers", no glowing eyes or wings growing from his back.
As main component I decided to use chain-looking armor with partial plate / iron attached to it.

I love your choice of armor and dyes. The dyes especially gave him a down to earth look. an ordinary yet real soldier that is easily liked. Gold!

The way you've depicted your characters story though your screenshots is excellent. Gold from me for that alone!

I like when people come up with realistic looking sets and this is one of them!
The armour mix certainly is one I didn´t encouter too often yet and the dyes make it look natural
He could very well be an NPC
Though maybe a tad too uneventful for my personal tastes I can appreciate the work you did here; your presentation is stellar and it´s definitely a gold for me ^^

This story is just fantastic, especially with the screens that follow it. Your armor choices are very nice and natural. Your dyes are perhaps a bit too monochromatic. But that is just my opinion :) Gold from me.
