An elementalist of Canthan descent specialized in water attunement.
As with my engineer, I tried to go for a mostly minimalist look (with some concessions to flashy magical partical effects). For some reason I got it in my head that I had to have a sleeveless outfit. He was originally supposed to have a shorter "skirt", but clipping issues between the chest piece and the Aristocrat Pants necessitated a change.

The style differences between Leystone armor and Aetherblade armor would normally sound too contrasting to make a good match, but you pulled it off rather nicely thanks to the color choices.
